How can I benefit from personal training?

Whats better: cardio or strength training?
Both are essential to your fitness lifestyle; one improves your heart health and efficiency and boosts recovery. The other increases one’s strength in & out of the gym while increasing bone density.
How do I build muscle?
To build muscle, you need to consume adequate grams of protein (~1 gram per desired weight daily) and a resistance training regimen that progressively becomes more challenging the stronger you get. Most importantly, consistency; massive change requires massive effort
How often should I exercise?
Generally 3-4 times weekly is ideal for long term transformation while resting adequately. However, even if your circumstances allow to commit 1-2 days per week, the effort will develop the training habit so eventually, you can add more days as circumstances permit.
How do I lose weight effectively?
Caloric deficit. Strength training to increase bone density. Consistency
Can I spot reduce fat?
Unfortunately, no! The human body reduces fat how it is naturally inclined to. However, we can develop muscle underneath fat allowing them to show sooner during fat reduction.
How much rest do I need?
On average 7-9 hours of sleep is ideal. And if that’s not enough incentive to get you to bed, we burn the most calories in our sleep! Thank you, metabolic factors!
